Issue is: Cannot insert Rematrix Solo into pro channel presets-fatal crash everytime. But I was able to the first 2 or 3 weeks after initial install.
CW Support is working on the mini dump I sent them but I am wondering if I should just re install platinum. I have not reall done anything major to it except install big stuff on a sample drive.
 
But if I remember correctly it was automatic for all but SI, which I really don't care about anyway.
 
sure would like to check out the new IR's in Solo.

Because I don't know what I am doing. I use the presets and tweak them for my needs. Then I save them with a FL at the end.
These are not the ones I have tried to insert Solo into. Tried with CW presets

Just opened a new project-PC said untitled. I removed every module except EQ -guess that stays.
 
Anyway same exact crash and detail when I try to insert Rematrix Solo

I would uninstall rematrix and reinstall it. 

It's part of the platinum install, isn't it?

Ah I see-there is "no" Sonar Platinum install per say-just all the little pieces. So Sonar Platinum instruments I guess is it-which is pretty much the whole program isn't-?

Yes, it is part of the SONAR Platinum package and gets installed again with the Braintree update. FWIW, there is an uninstall option built into the context menu for each line item in the C3. Right-click the package to display the context menu.

Well I'll be darned. The Plat update that is online now fixed the issue. Hope my mini dump helped :-)
