Had a look at the Boz site, only sells in dollors, so $99.00 plus a a cuouple more for a Foreign payment on my UK card.
Had a look on the Cake site, and because I am in Vietnam and I can't pay in Dong, it defaults to Dollors, so same deal. When I change to UK pricing I avoid the Foreign Charge to my card, but hit a VAT.
What's to stop Non US customers choosing paying in dollors to avoid local taxation to the cost of a foreign transaction cost. Is it just an expectation of honesty? Am I expected to declare to the Vietnamese government my download?
EDIT: New cakewalk store payment option looks tidy
