I want to export my audio tracks as *.ogg format.
So, I tried to add New list named ogg.
 
1. Download "oggenc2.exe" and copy to 'Shared Utilities' folder.
 
2. Run "Tool > External Audio Encoder Setup."
 
3. Path = C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Shared Utilities <- It's right path.
 
4. Command Line = oggenc2.exe
 
 
But, Sonar can't make it. What I Do?

In my setup notes (and haven't tried this in Platinum yet or checked whether its still set up correctly):
Comand Line = oggenc2 %I -q 8 -o %O
 
(Basically give it some more info about input and output file parameters)
Adjust or remove the quality setting, or bitrate, etc values, to suit.

The path also has to include the executable file, not just the folder it's in.

I solved it with "oggenc2 %I -q 8 -o %O" command line.
