The Platinum update fixed the issue-Thanks CW
 
EDIT: I cannot add it to any preset at all?
 
Just trying to add the rematrix solo (CW version) module to the PC preset "vocals - Leveled  & Saturated". I click add module , select rematrix solo and Bam, this crash- Fatal Crash error.
 
Tried to send report to CW but got an error saying Connection error. Well, not on my side.
Any experience with this?

Found the "vocals - Leveled  & Saturated" preset. It is part of X1. No problem adding REmatrix to the preset or any other that I tested. Tried inserted at top, middle and bottom of the channel. May want to manually open a ticket and attach the minidump. Minidumps are in the SONAR user directory.

OK-Thanks Scook-I'll do that. Would have been nice if the Send reporter or whatever worked, I tried it 3 times.
 

BTW-I can add every other module to any PC preset-no problem. It's only the rematrix solo.
 
If it was in a pack I'd reinstall it, but I think it's part of the platinum install, not in one of the suites or whatever they are

Cannot send anything to CW-submit button does nothing :-(

All the PC modules are in the "SONAR Platinum" core package.

Spoke to CW Tech Support today. Sent them a mini dump.
 
It was a good experience , cordial and easy going. Tech was very savvy and easy to explain things to.
