But. If you check on the Cakewalk Facebook page they are saying:-
"Yes, this was indeed left out while we continue to work through the licensing agreement. It'll be back very soon. Should be the only thing missing that you find, so please don't fret."


Maybe they will work something out. I have no idea what is posted on FB or who posted it. I can only go by what Noel posts here and provide a link it.

i guess moving forward have to use it on a plugin the adaptive limiter has on there and the waves mastering plugin has it so that's the new route.

no because I still have platinum on my system


And this is why you do not see POW-r3. You need to keep platinum in order not to loose some things, like dither options and some 3rd party plugins.

Hopefully pow-r will be part of BandLab's Adaptive Limiter. More likely because the plug-in will not be free to all BandLab users, just previous Platinum users.

well I had the orginal  platinum from cakewalk then I updated to the bandlab version and no pow r 3

Use triangular dither. If you can hear the difference between that and Powr-X, you have better ears than my dog.
