You can also open both CbB and Sonar and switch between them to re-create your VST paths, that's what I did.

this is generally not good advice, and means something (old probably) is not compatible with win10 security settings

I'm running win 7. On my system, the paths were the same and came in from migration (all good and working in Splat) but not all plugins were showing up (in CbB: AIR, Valalla, Nomad Factory to name a few). I tried re-scan a few times with no success. What finally worked for me was to delete (remove) the path that was in CbB, and then re-add it. After that, they all show up and work. Hope this helps anyone that might have a problem.
