  • Where is visiblity from Track Manager stored - to clear or edit?

With certain projects - it does not matter what I change in console view about visibility, it always applies to track view anyway.

Usually projects created in Pre-X3 Sonar version have this.

Having the sync the views - unchecked.

It opens correctly showing status of current console view - but always applies to track view anyway.

I remember having this in X3 as well, which is a bit sad it's nto fixed.
I then tried from fresh projects - and then it works.

So I would like to clear that where ever it is stored - and assume everything is visible then - and start fresh.

Is there a version of X2 or older available to toggle the sync setting? Once reset, it may work properly in newer versions.

Thanks - I only have 8.53 and X3e.
Is visibility stored differently in 8-series - and then converted?
If the same it might open in 8.5 with a warning?

Is this binary format everywhere - not like INI-files somewhere embedded?
Is it partly dependent on screensets too, maybe?
Try another of default screenset and start from there?

Understanding how it's linked together might shed some light on how to proceed.

I haven't tried all toggle stuff there in dialog if that possibly reset.
Or if to check to sync both views and then separate again once all is visible or something.

Anything extended added to CAL recent years?

Anybody experimented and have ideas what to try, please share...
I think there were a thread on this a month ago or something - if it even was a CWBR on it.

You will get a warning but it should still open in 8.5.This state is stored in the project file. You could try another screenset or the "Revert Current Screenset" option. Forget CAL for this.
