BTW, I commend whoever is responsible for the increased posting over at the Cakewalk Blog!!!! I don't believe I have ever seen so articles posted over there. And they are well written and pretty informative as well. Seems like since Gibson got here things have pepped up a bit. Keep it up!
Dan Gonzalez is a gem. He's smart, experienced, and contributes a lot to the blog. It's also a treat when Noel can find the time to write something.
As to Gibson, from my perspective it's been an excellent partnership. Cakewalk is able to do what they do best, and I've enjoyed the opportunity to be involved in my "semi-official" capacity. Cakewalk also gets the whole "Gibson Brands" aspect and is working closely with other divisions, particularly TASCAM and Neat Microphones.
Ultimately, though, what you're seeing is Cakewalk getting a chance to be Cakewalk. And I have to say that this new era is still in its infancy. I believe 2015 is going to be a very good year for Cakewalk and its community.
