Has anyone run across this...
 
Issue-
When I either record arm a track or turn input echo on or off there is a 6-7 second delay before the function is enabled/disabled. This happens in Tracks and Console view.
 
If I solo/mute or do anything else, Sonar acts normally in that as soon as I click the button the result is instant.

And it was drivers.
What is your audio interface. Please update to the latest firmware and drivers for it.

Thanks Alex...I have th RME Babyface and will check for newer drivers/firmware and report back results.

OK if no joy do complete removal of drivers, reboot and reinstall new ones (or the same if you are running the latest)... and we will try something else if you give us your full system specs..

Just updated to RME Babyface Firmware 223 and Driver version 1.069. This seems to have done the trick.
