I recently recorded a voice over session. During the recording, I played it back to review several times, sounded good/normal.
The next day, I loaded the project to edit it. All tracks were slightly fast and higher pitched, about 9% higher and faster. It sounds the same in Sonar X3 Producer (where I recorded it), PremierePro where I plan to edit it with video, and even Window media player and another 3rd party player. All say 48K/16 bit. I believe that's how I recorded it, at least that is what my Sonar setting said when I went back to look. It sounds like it was recorded at 44.1K and playing back at 48K. Any way to correct this other than time stretching?
