Hey Guys,
Until recently my internal volume levels were so hot that I had to turn the master volume down to about -25 or -30 dB to avoid blasting monitors or headphones.  That was fine because to export to mp3 I needed to jack it back up to 0 or above to get decent level mp3.  Now, even though the individual tracks are peaking at -6 to -10dB I'm seeing almost no volume on the master and have to turn the master volume and gain both up to 6dB to achieve a -31dB peak.  I would really appreciate your help.

Has your audio interface reset its internal levels? Like +6db  for "consumer" vs "professional" ?

My initial guess is that it's  either an export settings issue ( perhaps exporting a submix instead of master or bypassing fx like like brickwall limiter) or a routing issue where master channel is not recieving right signal. Hard to tell with amount of information.

So many possibilities.... Is it all projects or just one?

Input Gain on Master altered and not currently shown?
Adjustments made to Gain or Volume in offset mode?
Gain/Volume/Offset altered on intermediate buses?

Try following the entire signal path of one or a couple of tracks from peak levels shown in the clip waveform to Hardware outs.
