Ran into this problem for the first time today. A project I made a while back on X3 that has an audio track (it's a bounced midi track with effects on it now that it's audio), I just opened in Sonar Platinum for the first time. The audio track keeps dropping out randomly. The whole song with all the dozen or so other tracks keeps playing, but that one audio track keeps dropping out. I even tried freezing the track and it froze with dropouts at random intervals throughout.
 
I definitely have enough resources... But I'm going to try rebooting right now and see if it helps. But yea, it's pretty weird. Any ideas?

Never mind! One of my plugins (iZotope Trash2) wasn't re-authorized on my new computer yet, so it must be a demo mode thing that it makes the audio drop out at random intervals. Working now :-)
