I tried it a day ago and it was working as expected.  Today I think I'm losing it.  I have a drum synth with audio track and midi track.  I go to media browser and select a MIDI drum pattern.  I select "Draw Pattern" and get a paint roller cursor which can paint the MIDI pattern in the synth audio track, but no paint roller when I move to the MIDI track and can't paint there.  Of course the MIDI pattern does nothing in the synth audio track.  What am I doing wrong?

I'm unable to reproduce this so far. Is this happening for you guys in brand new projects? Does track count/zoom settings seem to affect this for anybody? Is the PRV docked or undocked?
 
Just looking for more info so we can try to repro this consistently. Thanks!

I started with a new project and again was unable to repro it. It's only happened here once, which doesn't mean it won't again, but I can't get it to fail now.
