When I said I contacted Support I meant Cakewalk. I also asked about Sound Center not finding some samples in Platinum. They said they said they were aware of both issues (missing icons in Pro Console and missing samples within Sound Center) and they would be corrected in the next Platinum update.

Just reinstalled using Softube's new v2.1.68 installer and the icon now displays.
