A few suggestions:
 
- Give a key to the color coding.

And a few minor spelling corrections:

- "Automation anes" to "Automation Lanes" for A key.
- "Shwo AudioSnap" to "Show AudioSnap" for A key.
- "Togle" to "Toggle" for R key.
- "Creat" to "Create" for V key.
- "Autromation" to "Automation" for F12 key (in 2 places).
- "Inserrt" to "Insert" for Num +.
- "Paly/Stop" to "Play/Stop" for the Spacebar key.
- "Grid reoslution" to "Grid resolution" (in bottom note)

The download is now corrected for spelling.
 
I have also changed all the colours to black, on the assumption that you might want to use whatever colour scheme suits yourselves, and also, what colours I choose might not reflect on anyone else machine, depending on what Excel "Theme" is in use.

I was referring to the color coding used in this old X1 shortcut chart:  http://blog.cakewalk.com/...-original-settings.pdf

Where it had this key:

   AudioSnap Commands - light blue
   View Control Commands - Red
   Zoom Commands - blue
   Select/Search Commands - light green

I don't know if it's worth continuing that color coding convention in your version.
