Hello,
When I chose a drum map for a drum instrument, the output will not automatically apply to the instrument but on the first midi output declared in the midi device manager.
This should be corrected, well no. Can you fix please, because it is a waste of time.

Is this a supplied Map or one you have imported from an external source?
 
However it is easy to point the map to the right instrument.
 
1. Open Preferences
2. Select drum Maps
3. Open the map you want to set output for.
4. Hold down both the control and the shift key then using the down arrow select the desired output.
5. Save the drum map. 
6. In the midi out of your drum track set the output to the map you have just set the outputs too.

I know, but even if we record the drum map, it comes default every time. It's a waste of time.

you can save it as a drum map preset which will keep the output port associations.

As noted by Swamptooth if you save the drum map it does stay fixed.
