MANTRASKY
I also paid the Sonar Platinum "Pre-Order" but I already own All of the Ad-Paks / Midi-Paks / Kit Paks?
I hoping XLN aren't over with making kits. They have covered most bases, but there are still some things I'd like to see from them.
I have just 7 of the 17 kits, but the Fairfax duo covers my rockiers tastes, because I don't have a lot of rockier tendencies. I was originally disappointed by the the key part of of the none core-elements bundle, being x3 clearly got the Pro users that would be interested in Addiictive Drums interested (addicted) so the odds are they would have bought the kits they really needed over the last year. With only one kit left on my radar (session percssion) this makes nay kit purchases luxury to my needs
I've gone back through them and may be reel machines will come of interest, despite feeling those tupe sounds are part of my past (I sold my novation drum station before moving out here). I think I'll just leave them on the radar. I have a few kit pieces on my account with them, until I new which ones I really wanted . So even If I picked up a session or reel I think it's quite nice to have one or two credits sitting on XLN's accounts. They must have something up their sleeves for the next year. I guess they'd also be branching out from keys and drums too, but new kits are also away of showiing a product is current and not done.
I'm hoping for a mallet kit, maybe a hotrods kit for those unplugged sessions for something stronger than the brush kit. Session Percussion was focused on sounding like a percussion drum kit, so neglected a stack of standard percussion instruments to fit this ethos. I hope they make up this shortfall, I don't know in another drum kit format how they'd lay it out. So I guess through kit peices would work. But I'd love to be able to go to just one sound source for my percussion needs.
