Do anybody know an easiest way to convert a SonarX3 project with one sample rate (for example 48 KHz) to another (96 kHz)?

This one
1) Close Sonar
2) Open all project audio files with SoundForge
3) Convert all with Batch Converter and "Reample" to any sample rate
4) Save all with same Batch Converter (overwrite)
5) Open this project in Sonar. It will work with new samplerate.
Is not working.

No. It still not work.
A new project with converted files plays normally, but a tracks became shorter (if new sample rate higher than previous).

Now I'm thinking about making of wave files longer

ALthough I haven't done it the way you outlined, I was under the impression that the sample rate had/should be set prior to doing any recording so that it'll retain it's integrity........however, I'm not certain of this. Someone else might chime in on this.

Some people brings me their own projects (in 44k and even in 32k ) for mixing. It is not comfortable to me to work with them.
