In the last year, a lot of work has gone into prepping the new model and creating the deployment model. I would think that as the development team gets more comfortable with the deployment model, they will get increasingly efficient in writing and deploying the code within this new model. We all have ideas that would make the app better. There is plenty of work to do.

@Drone7, I've got to say I don't agree with pretty much anything you've said. In all your stories, my sympathies lay with the producer rather than you in almost all cases.

Correction: geezz, do have to make everything so fu_king personal??? Well, seeing as how you wanna get personal about it, i'll say this... i only try to stick with what's factual, so it's not actually me you're disagreeing with, it's the spirit in you disagreeing with the spirit in me, i'll let you think on that one...

Also, you said: "I've got to say I don't agree with pretty much anything you've said."

Well, i've got to say, you forgot to add the word "ever" as the second to last word in that sentence.

And really, that's cool by me if you have an issue, but not even the two parties of the American government can agree on anything, tell me something new, or should that be "There's nothing new under the sun". It's all been seen and done before mate, as long as we don't kill each other over it, that's the main thing... have a nice day.

I'm hoping they'll do more testing - there's still a few gotcha's out there. I've had a crash on export, and a had a project stuck on 'silent bus' after unplugging my interface. These have been around awhile.

For testing, get some truly trash-configured PCs and beat on it till it cries.

Well said, meaning well worded, i like your idea and the way you put it.

Anyway, hopefully Cakewalk let go of the recursive paradigm to their approach over the years. This new monthly schedule thing might alter their approach to all this. You're not the first to mention what seems like decades old bugs that haven't been fixed, which borders on negligence in my books, but hopefully Cakewalk will try and zero-in on these longstanding bugs and get them dealt with once and for all. I hope Cakewalk takes heed of all the feedback...
