It also appears that it is re-analyzing the Melodyne clip when it re-opens. I have not bounced it to a new clip; in the past the edited clip stayed open in editor, and even if you clicked it closed any edits remained as you had left them when you re-opened the clip in editor, until you bounced it to a clip.
Now, when it re-opened a previously edited Melodyne clip, previously edited "blobs" had in some instances been fused with adjacent notes and were pitch-averaged in between - indicating Melodyne had re-analyzed the clip when re-opening it. This was a matter of moments later - just opening another Melodyne clip, then re-opening this one.
