Help! When I open the Console to add a plug, all my little pictures have vanished, apart from about 3. Anybody any ideas? I know its not serious, but just wondering if it may lead to something else unless I cure it.
Many thanks
Martyn UK

You mean icons showing musical instruments, perhaps try deleting the picture cache?

Otherwise try updating your display adapter drivers.

Cheers..

In the console view, click on Modules and make sure icon is checked.
In track view, click on Display at the bottom and make sure icon is checked.

Thanks guys tried everything suggested..except updating adapter drivers, for which there is no update. I have not been successful  I'm afraid. I will have to live with  it. Its the small pictures in the console view, representing the plug ins available. Three of them are there, the rest missing.
Thanks again

Small pictures in the Console view? Are they in fact track icons?

I know people have had issues with missing icons for ProChannel modules, and it has something to do with whether you migrated settings or not. Noel gave a detailed explanation of how to deal with this in another thread. I don't recall which one it is...the noise-to-signal ratio has been fairly high lately, but the info is in here somewhere...

I think the pro channel icons are in appdata>roaming>cakewalk>vstbitmapcache>sonar

What do do about the missing ones would be to search for the post as mentioned above by Mr Anderton
edit: easy solution below

All you need do Craig is reset and rescan. I had that issue and did the reset and rescan and all is well. Yes I migrated from X3. If its track icons I think that is a different issue.
