I installed my upgrade to Professional using the serial # only. It didn't ask for an activation code. When I pull up my products registered on Cakewalk's site it only shows the serial # . Am i missing something or is there no need for a product code with the new versions?

Has anyone installed any of the three new versions, Artist,Professional or Platinum? 
If you did, did you need an activation code besides the serial # ?

If it's an upgrade then you only need the serial No. Sonar will authorise itself. Command Centre does the heavy lifting for you.

Thanks, that's what I was hoping for. I upgraded from X1 Producer but I didn't use the Command center. I downloaded everything & ran the .exe file like the last UG to X1. I went to the Command center after everything was installed & it showed everything with a red button next to it except for Sonar Professional. I went ahead & reinstalled all the other stuff listed under Professional through the Command center. I didn't know if i screwed something up so that's why I asked.
