  • Dimension Pro Not Responding

Installed Platinum and all is operational except for Dimension Pro.  I can't put in the new serial number and registration code, do I have to run as Administrator to do so or do I have to drag a copy of DP from my X3 folder.  What's the best way to get Dimension Pro running.

You should probably start a different thread, the title won't cause anyone to think there are posts about Dimension Pro issues in here.

If you already had Dim Pro you should have left well alone and not downloaded a new one.
I stuck to downloading only what I didn't have (plus the package with Session Drummer as I'd broken the original) and my Sonar is up a running as good a gold - apart from a small crash a while back.

Dimension Pro Update :  I used the log in as administrator and was able to insert the new serial number and when I opened the Dimension Pro in a project the new serial number was in the Pro info box. I then typed in the new reference number and was good to go fully loaded and working.  The only thing not working is the Cakewalk Sound Center which is fine as I don't use it because DP is much better.
