Using X3 is there an option to switch fx's to post fader on tracks & buses?
If not is it available in any of the new SONAR versions?

You make an effect post fader by putting it on a bus and routing the channel output to the bus. (or use a Send, set post fader)
If you want a bus effect to be post fader, you create a new bus with the effect on it and route the output of the first bus to it. (or use a Send, set post fader)

Thanks
For my uses that would mean creating 2 duplicate mixers inside one.
Has an inline or a split pre-post option ever been requested or discussed?

What is it exactly that you're trying to do that requires everything to be post fader as you're implying?

You could add an automatable volume plug-in as the first plug-in in a track's FX bin and automate that to achieve the same effect (even use something like Vocal Strip that comes with SONAR and disable all effects and just use its output gain slider).

It's needed for certain fx or plugins to be hit post fader.
Melda MMultiAnalyzer is one example where I check & monitor track, bus integrated levels post.
