Will it be possible to use the "16 new amps" with cabinets IRs such as Redwirez ?  What kind of cabinets IRs are there now?

Where is the readme located , can't seem to find it?

Where ever the "FX Chain Presets\CA-X Amps Producer" are stored on your PC. The default location is "C:\Cakewalk Content\SONAR Platinum\FX Chain Presets\CA-X Amps Producer\CA-X Amps ReadMe.rtf"

I just tried a few of these on a project I've had sitting around for a while (wondering how to finish it) and I do like the convenience. Drag-n-drop, adjust a knob here and there. Very nice! Takes all the mystery out of getting a decent sound out of an amp.
 
When I played onstage back in the 70s and 80s, I had a Roland JC-120 and the only sound it had was clean. It's only amp I ever owned, so I never got the hang of all that knob fiddling. This collection makes it _so_ easy.

I got around to trying these today and I was extremely impressed Craig.  They are definitely ready to go sounds with a lot of character.  I'll be using these in a project real soon.  Great job..!
 
As for LetYourLightShine's assessment, I guess I would call that epic for his second post. Evidently an avid Cakewalk user who just never got around to posting on the forum.  We have two dogs so the next time they do produce some crap, I'll be sure to listen more closely and will let you know if indeed your FX chains sound the same.

Hmmmm...I was hoping the updated versions fixed this. Did you download the latest versions that were released within the past day or two?

No, sorry. These sims are like a house of cards where if you change anything they suck  They're specifically designed to be plug-and-play type modules, as mentioned in post #27.
