hello every one not sure if this is the right thread for this but here my question
I am still using hs7  I am also using  the vst  instruments ok I need to do 2 things witch I can't find with in  the program
first I need to transpose the key of one of my song the whole thing  ...from the key of  D  to G   or F#
second I need to detune the whole instrument track except the drum of course
from 440 mega hertz to 455 MHz.......... is this possible to do it ???
I can't find anything .....please help

Are all your tracks MIDI, audio or a mix of audio and midi tracks?
Which VST instruments are you using?
 
(I have never used HS7, but these are the questions that immediately came to mind when I read your post.)

ok all I am using is soft synth that came with xl pack of hs7  and is dimension le, cakewalk instruments and so on,
those are midi tracks
I just need to make some background track for a single key accordion (that only plays in the key of G)
I made the tracks already but in the wrong key and I really don't want to re make the tracks all over again
not only that but this mini button accordion is not tuned to 440 MHz but to 455 I believe
so I need to change all that and for the life of me can't figure it out .....thank you .........

I don't use HS7 and don't have access to the manual to help you.

Is there no information in the help file on how to transpose midi data?

I started life in the Cakewalk world with Home Studio 6? it was 2004 so what ever was back then. 
Anyhow it certainly does transpose midi, this is a basic feature since the dawn of sequencing. 
The parameters for this have not changed over the years. 
Highlight all but the drum track and go to process /transpose.  
The alternative to this is open the midi track properties and there's a Key box there. This is not as good a method for editing as the notes show in the original key still on piano roll. 
The help files have all the info if I'm wrong. it was a pretty easy program to use. 
 
For the fine tuning you'll need to tune each synth using it's GUI interface. I cannot say if yours have this option but most of the ones I use have a tuning option that is default to 440. Just like a real hardware synth. 
 
 
 

well I found out how to transpose a midi track now all I need to find out how to detune the midi track
no I don't have a GUI interface ,even if I can change the pitch I think should be sufficient ,
again all i have to do is go from 440mhz to 455 ...thank you

If your MIDI driven synths support pitch bend you can calculate and insert a pitch bend controller event.

There is also a MIDI tuning message, but it is less likely to be available to your synth.
 
The somewhat clumsier, but intellectually less demanding method to produce the same result at output is to go into each synth and detune it there, as recommended above. That will produce the sound you want, but if you move the MIDI track/file to another synth or project, it will not carry over.
 

Yes, tuning is determined by the synth if it's capable - some are not. And some that are capable will respond to Master Fine Tuning and Master Coarse Tuning RPN (registered parameter number) messages, but you'll probably just want to do it in the synth's interface if it's capable, rather than figuring out the whole RPN thing.
 
Incidentally, you're wanting to change tuning from 440Hz to 455Hz. Humans can't hear anything above about 20kHz, and I think air spontaneously combusts at MHz frequencies. 
 
 

Plus, it might be easier to change the single accordion track to 440 Hz than to change all the others to 455.

 
sorry everyone I mean 455 MHz ....pitch bend ,  detunation  what ever works .....

those are the tracks  that I need to detune that's because the accordion that is being played by this guy is some how detuned to 455 MHz apparently from the factory that made the accordion
