  • You Don't own any Cakewalk products !!!!!

Hi,
I haven't been on for a while, just looking every so often, you know you pick up
lots of info just looking on this site, so I decided to have a look at Platinum, upgrading
from X3 Producer, but in my account it says I don't own any Cakewalk products, I've owned
Cakewalk products for a few years now, going back to 8.5, therefore would have
to pay the full price, what's going on here ?

This I believe has to do with the single sign on issue, it's been reported by others.

Basically, they don't have your old sonar login, synced with the new single sign on, and thus the products that you purchased under the new login system, don't show up.

otherwise just contact support, they have been helping people out with missing products.
