I am working with Platinum and went to get a PC preset.  It opens in C\Cakewalk Roaming.  I installed Platinum on D:\ and want everything pointing to D:\Cakewalk content.  I changed the file locations in the preferences, but PC still opens in C:\roaming.  How do I change the default to D:\Content?  Is this in the registry?

Thanks

I just found this myself. Surely this is an oversight - the PC presets actually get installed under "my documents" in a PC presets folder - so why would this setting want to point you to the users\roaming\yada yada folder?

In previous versions - when you went to open up PC presets, it just pointed to the last place you looked - but not now.

I wound up putting a shortcut under roaming\yada yada - pointing to the correct place. This is a good workaround for people who don't want to hack the registry.

On a related note:  Maybe it's a Windows Explorer (not to be confused with Intern Explorer) thing.  I see when I go to full a file (say import a clip or something) explorer points to the last folder I opened.  There are some place in SONAR that actually open up in the correct/expected location and others that use WE for searching.

Kind regards,
