  • CW tech support don't care about Pyro users????

Hi, this is the second message I(ve just sent to CW tech support concerning a Pyro burning issue... unlike Sonar tech support message, I have no case number with my confiramation mail... so CW don't answer, and I don't have any proof (case number) of my messages to complain...

Not quite respectful I find...
