They will soon be publishing the release notes for the new Sonar which will contain the list of bug fixes.

The thing is Concrete Limiter doesn't come with Sonar, it is a optional paid for Pro Channel module.
Unless of course the problem wasn't with the module but with Sonar...

Ok, it hasn't been fixed, when will it be?
Where do I get an answer?

You'll have to contact Cakewalk. We can't possibly know when a particular bug will be fixed.

About all you can do is check status on it: http://www.cakewalk.com/Support/Contact/Problem-Report-Status

As far as "timeline to resolution," this is never given.

Hey Gustabo,
I was one of those who had endless frustration with Concrete Limiter in X3, so much so that I had to remove it from every project I had ever done and replace it with another limiter. For me, moving to Platinum seems to have done the trick!! I now use it again on every track and have not had a single issue. Do bear in mind though that I also simultaneously upgraded my computer, as well as Autotune (from version 7 to 8) which had been causing huge issues also. I wish I could say that the improvement in Concrete Limiter is entirely because of Platinum, but I can't say that with absolute certainty because of the other changes I've made.

Maybe I need to uninstall and re-install again and see what happens now.

There was an update to the Concrete Limiter a long time ago IIRCC.  Do you have the original?
