  • SOLVED: Upgrade not going so great

I am trying to upgrade to Platinum. I have Sonar X3e Producer. I should be able to get the upgrade for 149.00, It is still trying to charge me 499.00. I proceeded as normal. I got no prompt for login because I am already logged in. How frustrating. I look at command center and it is not seeing my old purchases. Where is all my stuff? Anybody have a clue why this is not working?

Did you change your email address in the new store?  If you did, change it back to the address you used when you bought X3.  I had the same problem.  Once I changed it to the old email all my old products appeared and then I was able to get the upgrade pricing.

Command Centre doesn't see your old products. Only the new items installed using it.

Thanks guys for the assist. It did have to do with the email issue when you setup the SSO. Customer service merged my info and everything solved. I got Platinum. Sweet!
