Hi all, i just upgraded to Platinum from X3 but i seem to be having a problem with my recorded audio, i loop record a section of say 8 measures, count in and it records all fine from measures 1 to 8,  then as soon as i hit stop the audio is out of sync, starting at measure 2 and ending at measure 1. also broken into 2 parts 2 to 8 being part 1 and measure 1 being part 2 anyone know how to fix this?

Cheers

Unknowen
Try Audio buffers.. set as low as you can (2) and move the slider all the way to slow...
but if you are using ASIO you will not be able to set it... you can set drivers  to MME then set buffers..

This sound a lot like a problem that I had under Sonar Producer X3.

I was doing loop recording with the metronome on with count in.  It would seem to record fine, but when I stopped each take was incrementally offset by the count in.  Because the beginning of each take was incrementally increased by the count in, each take would "wrap around" into the next by an amount equal to the incremental offset causing each take to be more and more out of sync.

Is that what you are seeing?

Try disabling the count in, there was a similar post with sync issues of nearly a full measure when count in was enabled.

Yes, for my issue above, disabling the count in mitigated the issue.
