It'll insist on installing SONAR 64 instead.
Can we have this fixed in a future version of Command Center?

I have to go fix my computer now.

What happens exactly when you try to do it?

Thanks...

It appears to work fine, but when the files are being unpacked, you can see that there are many "_x64" files included ... then it finishes up and says "Sonar is up to date".

But now I have two icons on my desktop. "SONAR Platinum" and "SONAR Platinum (x86)". The 32-bit version (the one I normally use) is not updated.

It's not a big deal. I saved the downloaded Setup.exe and re-ran it, this time selecting "32-bit version". The process runs, and I now have build 254 of Sonar 32 installed.

But obviously I can't use Command Center to update SONAR in this configuration. I suspect that the Rapture and Dimension Pro installers would have the same issue, if I bothered to run them.

Anybody else with this issue?

I noticed on mine that there was no 32 bit option in CC on a 64 bit system. I think it is a problem.  The CC in general needs to be more versatile. It should be able to install or not the individual plugins as the normal install always has.

Plus in the past we were able to set what file types we wanted to be associated with Sonar that isn't an option with the CC.

I kid, I kid. I think the C3 is a great start.
