Vst 3 is uncheck ... a full reset scan has been made DAY one 
 
they were here at start , they beace weird, then i had to this ...  so i suspect the fact that the vst analyser is share by several versions X1 and Platnum ...and some weird stuff happening since X1 wasn't as advanced as platnum for the PC moduls ...when you click on a module gui it get switch to "ON " mode in platnum
 
This feature isn't here in X1 ...and guess what ? when the blacnk gui came , clikikng on "on off" switch makes it appaers , anyway the case has been giving to bakers and they're on it ;)
 
 
and by the way , i'm not stubborn , but work around are a thing but i like to know what's wrong in my installation , i don't even use PC that much ....but i remeber having issues with some plugins when i installed X3 , and it corrupetd X1 registry entry ....so my concern is way deeper than been able to see the gui from start ;)

1) Reset.
2) Rescan.

Tell me why you want somebody to reset and rescan 1800 plugin (automap and all) just for 9 plugins ?
This is what i'm tryig to explain , doing what i did is like what you did , but another way and just for the culprit 
 
Understand here that :
1) when cuting the plugin and pasting on desktop and laucnh soanr , the registry entry is modified  and the plugin no longer in the list$
2) put it back and launch does excatly a resest of thi entry and scan ... to be exact the reset is in step 1 at the end ;)
