I just saw the 4-4-2018 update.
 
At the bottom of the web page was a button:
 
[Get Early Access Now]
 
I clicked on it and it tried to download a file called:
 
bandlab-assistant-windows-latest.exe
 
Has anyone chanced executing this?
What does it do?
 
 

One of the nice things it does is allow you to drop individual loops on to Cakewalk from the cloud...

BandLab Assistant is the program used to install, activate and maintain BandLab Cakewalk. Similar to Cakewalk Command Center except it is not optional. BA is the only way to activate BandLab Cakewalk.
 
It has other features too but this is purpose of the program WRT the Cakewalk page. Make sure to have a BandLab account and be logged in when installing Cakewalk so BA can activate the software after installing.
