Well I need to chime in.  Got he upgrade yesterday and had to call support for support.  lHad to wait one minute and then got the help I needed to get the problem resolved.  I think that is great servic! I'm very happy.  Now I just need to spend the time to learn it.

This summer i had support for the VS 700 and it was exellent again , some  to point out ...one of the best support in the game
