Always hilarious to me the people who just want to cry but don't want anything done. Here you have an audience of not only others who can help, but the developers themselves who might listen and change things. So what does he do? Whines and refuses to provide details, thus ensuring no problems will be fixed.
 
Some people are actually made happy by being unhappy I think.
