If it's not visible anywhere, it might be wise to tell the customer when their next payment is due once they pay for a month. Is it a month from today, when I bought the new Sonar monthly payment option?

O.T. but btw be aware that the monthly option actually costs more than the yearly...for example for Platinum it's $149 per year, or 12 monthlies at $14.99 = $179.  So $30 extra for the privilege of monthly payments.

I'm well aware of that, thanks. The $14.99 is a win because it's just $14.99 a month which is more doable for me now than $149 at once would be for a while.

Hello Vern,

You can find the next billing date in your confirmation email as well as the confirmation page from your order. You'll get another email each month that you are billed.

You can also get to it through the cakewalk shop. In the top right corner click where it says "Click here to access a summary of your previous orders" and you'll find all of your orders on that page. Clicking the 'order details' page for a membership product will show the confirmation page and the next billing date.

You could look at it that way...
My perspective is 14.99 is easier to scrape up right now because i've been going through a feast or famine cycle the last couple of years.  I'm in famine mode right now due to several thousand dollars in veterinary bills that were quite unexpected.  Do I HAVE to upgrade right away? No.  Do I want to? Yes!
Now, under the old model I'd have to pull everything back in line and roll in a few extra bennies on the side while still hoping the bills aren't piling up.  Now, I have the option.  I refuse to get credit cards of any kind, so I can't finance upgrades like this via an online retailer or making monthly payments on one of the revolving companies.
Simply, this is an option I didn't have before and I find $2.50 per month extra well worth it.

Okay, I'm not seeing any of this. I got two e-mails from cleverbridge/Cakewalk

"Your Sonar (Pay Monthly) Order"
"Payment information for SONAR Platinum (Pay Monthly)"

The first listed e-mail displays the payment date for today's payment. There's nothing in either of those e-mails that say the next due date. Was the confirmation e-mail a different e-mail that I did not receive?

I also see nothing on the shop in the top right corner.

Hi Vern,

I'm looking at the emails that were sent to you, the second one with the subject "Reference ####: Your SONAR Platinum (Pay Monthly) order" states your next payment date in the second grey box starting with 'The price for . . .

RE: your store page - it looks like you are no longer logged in on shop.cakewalk.com We don't have a straightforward way to get back to that page but you can get there in a roundabout way by clicking any 'buy now' button from shop.cakewalk.com. When you're prompted to login through our website, do so. This will bring you back to the cart, from there remove the item and then click 'continue shopping'. It's klunky but it will get you back to that logged in state on the shop homepage.

Got it! Thanks. :)

I was told in another thread that the payments are auto-pay, so the only reason a payment would not be met would be insufficient funds. If that's correct, we don't need to worry about it.
I'm in the same boat as you, Verne. Yeah, we pay a few $ more, but it's a win/win option.
