I am up and running with Platinum. I need someone to explain to me the process of getting my XLN Producer paks downloaded and installed!!
I already have AD2 and the included kits. I understand that I download the 3 kits, midipaks, and pieces and use the number to register. I need someone to explain the process step by step to get the contents downloaded. All I can access is the purchase checkout. How do I download the things I want? I know how to register them! THANKS!!

You need to run the xln audio installer. It will update all of your registered products.

I got an email with the serial number for the AD2 stuff from Cakewalk after I redeemed my coupon code.
 
I launched the xlnaudio installer and clicked the register button and added that coupon code.
 
Then it prompted me to pick 3 things from 3 categories and I did.
 
I wasn't too fussy about it. I have a lot of drums and don't prefer AD2 all the time. Sometimes. And frankly, I really only use the drum beats on practice tracks. Sometimes I look through their EQ settings and stuff when mixing a live recording of a friend playing drums.

I didn't have a problem with getting AD2 installed (I'm with gswitz on the packs and kit pieces), but I was surprised that the license text in the CCC (C3?) is not copyable. At least not on my system. The Word document that CCC pops up should also note that you have to select "Other/???" for the source of the license code.
