I got Platinum and downloaded from the Command Center and it was really impressive how fast and smooth it was. I did have a slight issue with Command Center saying there was a newer version and asked me if I wanted to download it. I said yes and it starts the download but sits there at 0.00 %. After a couple of attempts with the same result I just told it no and downloaded the software without a hitch.  I really haven't had a lot of time to look over the new features yet but it looks good so far, however while clicking around my Now Time line disappeared. I had this issue before in a previous Sonar but can't remember what fixed it for me. Not a big deal because I can restart and get the now time line back, I am just giving a heads up .

I've recently been experiencing the now time line disappearing, also, in Sonar X3e Producer.

I went back after the install and opened up the Command Center, it said there was an update to Command Center available. I clicked to update and it sat at 0 % for a while so I just went to doing other things and it finally updated the Command Center so I guess that is solved, I also updated Platinum so maybe that will take care of the Now Time line .

If situation persists.

Run windows update, check option updates as well.
Also run http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect
Check you are on latest display adapter drivers.
Check you are on the latest interface firmware and drivers (i.e. mix control 3.4).

Cheers..

Thanks for this link.  Looks useful but when I run it, it lists nothing.

Does this mean there are no newer drivers, or that it didn't find any ?

I have at least Intel RSTe and SSD drivers installed.

Well it didn't find any so maybe not :).

It tends to list everything... but I can only vouch for my systems...
