Got the offer from CW for platinum, but if I follow the link it goes to the sale page where there is NO option to log in...it only displays the full price of $545...even when I click to continue to billing amount does not change. I tried logging in to both command centre and my usual store account, and Platinum does not appear as a buy option.
 
Can anyone advise what I am doing wrong here please?

yeah maybe it is...but at the email address I am using I have had no spoof emails before...
 
just as a test I also tried the $14.99 monthly as well. I only goes to the regular $49 monthly sign up. I checked the page source and it all seems kosher. I think the issue is with the shop, somehow??

I had the same situation happen.  I had changed my email address in the new online store and my old products weren't being picked up by the system so it thought I was a new user.  I had to change my email address to the original one I bought X3 with and then it found my old products and gave me an upgrade price.

ahhh that could be it...I also updated the email address for the new Command centre...okay I will investigate further.

First, it should be $525 if you chose USD. But the problem, more than likely, is it's not finding the email you used to purchase X3 Producer.

Thanks Andrew and to Mod Bod, it was indeed the change of email. If I may have a follow up question, is it necessary to re-download/install Rapture and Dimension Pro?
 
Also the same question for AD2 and Melodyne - I have the upgraded Melodyne (Editor I think it is called?)
