Has cake actually confirmed a release date yet? I thought that the 21st was just their best guess?

I was also told via email from Aaron at Sweetwater that I should receive my code and download link today. He said Cakewalk hasn't released it yet.

Nothing here yet either. 8:40 AM in Cali.

I'm on the west coast too (Washington), I ordered it last night at midnight (hoping it would be available) and I've barely slept two hours waiting for the download links. Pretty pathetic, I know.

I'm in Houston and you're not pathetic :-). I'm just really in the mood for new stuff, it's just been building...

Thanks declan. I tend to think of myself as a software junkie. If I don't get a new fix every once in a while, I start going through withdrawals. (Probably the reason why I have trouble making ends meet...LOL!)

I woke up really early and hoped to see it up on the Cakewalk store. Oh well. lol

Where did the 21st release date come from anyway? I was told by one of the bakers that he had to guess "around NAMM, Jan 22 - 25".

Cakewalk has always sent an email and posted on the forum when a new version is released.

Yes I know a few ADVANCE members had the opportunity presented to them to purchased early,you got the early bird, good for you.

My point is the DATE of the release is presented as Jan 21 , it is the 21 today, and still no movement.
