Have you tried a complete uninstall/reinstall of Sonar?  (And I mean completely clean uninstall - deleting any residual folders and registry entries).
 
Also, make sure you "Run as Administrator" both when doing the install and starting the program.

Many times now...ive un installed my entire software collection including all folders and registries completely wiped out till only the OS remained,with still the same results.
