Old X3/64bit installation with ProAudio9 mp3 codec worked fine through early December. Motherboard failure. New PC. New X3 installation. Good. But no route to apply P9 codec. Here's the shop part: login OK to buy new codec licence. Aim for checkout. Home address recalled. Separate billing address demanded??? Why? Why doesn't the 'use this address' (next to on-screen home address) button work? Then, when you try to enter the same address again as a billing address, you find in the drop-down menu, no 'UNITED KINGDOM'. No way past.
There does actually exist life outside the States, folks! I have to accept that I have to re-buy something I've already got (and used for 10+ years!), so you might at least give me a way to pay you again.
