3. I don't see how to upgrade (again) my Melodyne to Editor2, which I bought when I upgraded to X3PE.

Didn't you get a download to a file something like "Melodyne singletrack.2.1.2.YOUR USER NAME HERE.zip, and save it for re installation of Melo Editor if need be ?

I keep records and copies of EVERYTHING I buy, downloaded files, serial numbers, reg codes etc, not just Cake stuff, multiple copies on different PC's and external Hard Drives and USB sticks, so that information is ALWAYS at my disposal. Wouldn't like to be in your situation, that would suck lol, but it will get sorted out. I have a few things missing from my account, not to many, and I will wait until the dust settles and then look into it, no biggie, I have copies of everything, saved the old cake shop My Account pages before it shut down, always save a copy after ever purchase anyway. Good Luck

Yeah, I save them, too. I found my copy of my Melodyne 2.1.2 folder. Thanks
RE Rapture; because I bought it and then CW started including it in PE, I must have the two switched around- the Reg codes and serial #.  There is only one showing in my account and I'll have to figure out which one that is. Must be the included one, that I have just installed. I wonder where the serial # for that one is.

RE The Overloud VKFX suite; there are links to download in the saved email, but they get routed to my account now, which is not showing it, yet.

@ DaddyV      More of my stuff showed up the other day, though I can't imagine why it did on New Years Eve.

Hi there,
is it correct that the prices in the new german store are some percent points more expensive than in the old shop?
Is this a handling fee (of approx. 5 %)? -> former prices where EUR = USD...
Or is this a conversion-error of the new login?
Best regards

I am clearly missing something important. Chalk it up to age, poor vision, or just an overall thickheadedness, but will someone please tel me exactly how I get to the list of my products?

Thanks to anyone for any help.

Old store link redirect to the new "shop". Almost everything is transfered for me, but NOT everything.

Not US$ prices looks like a joke for me:
X3 Producer "your price": $415, €471 ( = $561, so 35% more), 26k Rub ( = $439, so 6% more).
So, that does not look like VAT or (normal) handling fee correlated.

I would suggest to wait till they fix the shop before sending your hard earned money.

If you're missing products, just let us know so we can get it sorted. We've migrated millions of records from over 20 years of history. Unfortunately despite our best efforts, there are going to be a few products that didn't migrate for people fully. The most common reason might be that products were purchased and/or registered under different email addresses. Our Customer Service team is fully equipped to help anyone out with this. If you haven't already, just fill out the Feedback form here https://www.cakewalk.com/My-Account/Feedback

I'm a bit confused about the pricing you're seeing & how you're seeing these numbers. Today, all EUR and GBP pricing is fixed pricing based on agreements w/ dealers etc. For any other country the price is going to float based off fixed USD price, currency conversion rates, etc. The price will also include VAT in EUR countries (the exact value and percentage will be displayed in your cart). In other words, the pricing breakdown should be clear just by looking at the item in your cart. Are you viewing it from there or are you viewing the price before you click "BUY NOW"?

My point here is that CW has redirected old store address to this new shop, while it is known there are still some problems. I have reported that I miss MP3 for sure, and I see it now. I can not remember either I have mentioned 8.5 SE which is not there, but that is not so important for me. I have used the feedback form, which is one way communication channel (I have got no reply or confirmation). And I have not found the option to see the history, which was available in the previous version. How CW expect people check what they are missing in case they no longer can see what the had? I have a screen short with all information, just because I had already problem accessing my account before... And I have used only one account, connected to one email which I have not modified.

Well, the prices I reported I see before "BUY NOW", in the "Holiday special". But all numbers are crazy:
  • after I have selected "Buy now", I could see: руб 11,182.37, 19% VAT (Country Germany...)
  • changed to Russia: руб 9,396.95, no VAT
  • went back to the shop... Original price: руб 33,110.09, "Your price": руб 9,396.95
But wait... do you remember what I could see before? 26k Rub... but now the "original" is 33k Rub!

Also do not forget that I already have the license for X3 Pro and the price reported is equivalent to the usual price.
So, "your price" and "holiday special" is just a fake. And together with all that "flickering" in numbers, I get strong feeling that someone (or something) tries to fool me.

I had the feeling this Summer (we had small conversation in PM about it). And the advertisement text was changed to acceptable form. I hope something can be changed this time as well...

One more remark about Rubles: they are not freely convertible and I doubt Cleverbridge accept Russian internal (not international credit) cards. So, what is the point to have them in the online shop? Just to force me paying the conversion fee? Note, that I have not found the way to change the currency after "Buy now" is clicked (the choice before that is ignored).
