Still awaiting some help....how long does support usually take for this? Would the fact that I've started using a different e-mail address since I sent the feedback to support (which is the one I actually want to use) confuse anything?

Probably. Send 'em another and include all emails that you've used with Cakewalk. That seems to be what helped them, help me most.
 
I also have the emails for orders that are missing so I hope that helps them find my remaining missing stuff, too.

About four weeks after using the store feedback form, I finally heard from them today...
YMMV...

Hopefully they see the new one I just sent. I think I listed EVERYTHING I'm missing and both e-mail addresses I used in those purchases. I see I'll have to be patient here. It just seems like some people are getting answers quicker than others.

I just got 3 CW support emails and it looks like everything is there, save a link to re-download Volume 4 of the DFS library for Dim Pro.
I'm going through it slowly to check, but a lot showed up overnight!
AND I am finally back on the newsletter list!

Wow, what timing on Cakewalk's part! Just as I was about to call Technical Support, as I was dialing, I decided to check the account and all of the products are now listed as they should be. All is well now!
