 Looks like any information before X1 was dumped. Previous versions of Sonar or anything do not show up.  It's always good to archive serial #, software, emails just in case webmaster decides what to dump. Sometimes it can be your whole account.  There are times I like to mess with Project 5.  No I have to search my storage devices instead of getting it here.   It's only a very small rant. 




Maybe you're just unfavored.  My account goes back to Pro 8  :)

Instead of ranting you could just reach out to us and we'll make sure your account is fixed once the dust has settled. I can see all your purchases back to SONAR 3. 




 Wow! A little defensive are we? Did you use to work for EastWest?  That would be a typical response from them. It was a SMALL rant.  Geez.




Rants, even small ones, don't help the transition process and the reason this thread was posted in the first place. Ranting derails threads. Period.
 
If you have a problem please bring it up with me via PM so that this thread is kept free of personal drama.

it wasnt even a rant. he just used the word while giving feedback. what the **** kind of timeframe is 'once the dust has settled' anyway? Talk about derailing threads.

Thanks for the feedback so far. We are busy trying to address issues as we see them come up. The store is now live and taking orders.

Also I don't see we're we get instant best pricing for upgrades.upgrade options look the same.

What version of SONAR do you have and what are you looking to upgrade to? Did you get asked to login to SSO prior to hitting the SONAR store page.

Is this new store only being tried out on certain customers ?
 
I just logged into my account and it's just the same as it's always been.  Not that I mind.

It would be foolish of Cakewalk to not offer X4 before their Christmas holiday when folks budget and expect to spend money on gifts and presents.

More foolish to release a product before it is stable.
I look at this as a good thing: Chances are they are working on something substantial.
