Ok, to the point my account on the new site seems to indicate I've not "redeemed" some things that I'm pretty sure I have at some point - I don't need my history from '96 so that's fine - and I'm good.
 

Some Gifts/Giveaway items are third-party items, so we might place a code or a link to another company's website. We don't really have any way of knowing whether or not you've redeemed the gift to take away the item from your list though. In most cases, if you try to redeem a gift twice (such as with Cakewalk On-Demand), you'll just be told you already redeemed it.

I clicked on a link in a post above and got to the Cleverbridge shop but no menu option anywhere to see my purchases history.  Should it be there?  If so where?
If I go to the main Cakewalk site and click on 'Store' I get the old store.  I'm totally confused.

We're still working on some details with Cleverbridge, but they maintain a purchase history for you when logged in. The back end is completely different from the old store however, so Cleverbridge won't show a purchase transaction made on the previous store 10 years ago.
 
Considering that, we of course still maintain all of your product ownership, downloads, serial numbers, etc., so you won't actually have to log into the "new store" to access downloads etc.. If you log into your account and any product ownership is missing, just let us know with the Feedback form at https://www.cakewalk.com/My-Account/Feedback

Thanks Ryan.  But where do I go/click in the new store to see any history?  I have made loads of purchases in the last ten years - listed still in the old store page, so should I be able to them somewhere on the new one?

https://www.cakewalk.com/My-Account is the direct link to your SSO page. There is an option to view product history on that page. There is a link to https://www.cakewalk.com/My-Account in the upper right-hand side of the Cakewalk home page http://www.cakewalk.com

When you hit the login page you get access to a menu which includes "My Account".  This has all your product history.


I clicked on the link shown in post 45 above and all I get is a shop front saying Cleverbridge and showing some products. There is no login button anywhere. What am I failing to see here?

You are already logged in. You need to go to your "My Account" page https://www.cakewalk.com/My-Account
This link is on the Cakewalk Home page (and most other Cakewalk pages) to the right of the search entry.

We're making a lot of changes and not everything is rolled out yet, but once things settle down a little bit I'll be going through and resolving things that come in through that form.
