Should there be ADPAKS included with Sonar X3 Pro AD2?.... I have only the AD2 engine installed and demo ADPAKS.
 
I also have Addictive Drums 1 installed with some early ADPAK 1's is there a way to play them in AD2?

I think someone on this forum found out the two kits that are supposed to be shipped with AD2 didn't show up on some of the X3 upgrade installs. He contacted XLN and they took care of it for him.
 
If you upgrade to Platinum you get a few free kits to splurge on at XLN, you can shop right from their own "command center" app. it's pretty darned rad.
 

So - does anyone have a follow up on this to say what the "two kits that are supposed to be shipped with AD2" are?  Do I read this right that we'd get 2 included kits plus the 3 ADPak kits (Platinum)?

I was at least one of the people mentioned above.  I had a fully owned version of AD1 previously installed.  When I upgraded to X3 and installed AD2 none of my AD1 packs were showing up in my XLN account.  I only had access to a demo (read limited) version of Fairfax Vol 1 as well as demos of all the rest of their gallery offerings.  It took me contacting XLN support to straighten it out.  For some reason AD2 was not automatically making the connection and they had to enable it manually.  After that, all is now easy peazy.

Bonkwell, I'd fix things with XLN at the X3P level first,  before installing Platinum and its AD2 stuff.
 
That would get the problems out of the way, and then you can enjoy choosing your new AD2 stuff.

Do the ADPAks from Addictive drums 1 get upgraded to play in AD2?
 
Yes I'll hold off getting Platinum until this is sorted.

No. You can use them only in AD1 or you have to purchase the update at XLN.

But XLN is very generous. Maybe you can ask for the update plus 1 or 2 Adpaks instead of 3.
