Can anyone reproduce this graphic glitch in the ProChannel? http://youtu.be/H3--BhlWHDA

After re-scanning my VST's the problem is gone! Thank you John.

I can't, sorry...I tried. But maybe I didn't try hard enough, like loading an X2 project or something that could make it happen.

HOWEVER, that doesn't mean your posting these videos isn't super-helpful. Cakewalk is looking into the Melodyne thing although the rendering aspect is within Melodyne so it gets a little complicated. They're kind of scratching their heads about what in SONAR could affect Melodyne's engine.

And here's something else interesting. I was finally able to reproduce what you showed on the Melodyne video. So I immediately did the same steps over from scratch so I could document them and provide a reproducible recipe. I could not get it to misbehave again, even when I canceled out of the project with no changes and did a system restore.

I'm sure you know this but just out of curiosity, have you checked for updated graphics card drivers? I cannot tell you how many weird things (including audio) have been fixed with a graphics card update.

And off topic, you have a pretty good voice for radio and narration...maybe there's a possible additional income stream in your future.

Thank you Craig. I think I used Slim Driver utility to get all my drivers up to date. That might have been on another computer though so I will double-check. I should have thought of that before posting that video. It still seems a little strange since I do not have those problems in X3. But I will double-check the drivers for sure, thank you for the reminder.

I have wanted to make some "real" videos. The ones I have posted recently are me "shooting from the hip" on my noisy laptop...ha ha ha. I have my son playing with toy swords in the next room, my wife watching Netflix, and me putting Platinum through the paces and making quick demo videos...ha ha ha.

Do you have any suggestions for a good driver finding utility?

I sometimes see graphic glitches like this in X3e, but they only ever occur in the Track Inspector and never in Console View.

Just tried it too but didn't experience any graphical glitches...

I can't duplicate. I've done lots of playing around with ProChannel and haven't seen any of these glitches. I have every available ProChannel module inc 3rd party ones and was interested how it would work so spent quite some time on it.

Only glitch that I've had was not giving IKM SampleTank 3 VST3 time to load and I got the dreaded white screen. User error on my part.

Sylvan try a reset and rescan of your VSTs. See if that helps.

Ok, I will try that shortly John. Thank you guys for checking on this. I feel better knowing it is most likely something on my own computer.
